Very nice building Plot in Atenas, Morazan center, 16 min to Atenas center, more or less half an hour to San Jose int. airport, located in a gated community of 11 lots, 6 are already built, the plot has all documents in order inclusive, water availability, “uso de suelo” allows building up to 10% of land size, 580 m2 of construction.
